§ 1 Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by you as a consumer or business through our online shop.

A consumer within the meaning of these Terms & Conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB).
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
- You place the desired products in the shopping cart.
- During the ordering process, you enter your details and select the payment method.
- By clicking the order button, you place a binding order.
- We confirm receipt of your order by email (order confirmation). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
- The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending a shipping confirmation or delivering the goods to you.
§ 3 Our Products
We sell QR stickers and associated digital services (e.g. the notok.dog online service for protected contact). The exact product description can be found on the respective product page.
§ 4 Prices and Payment
All prices shown are final prices and include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process and are borne by you in addition, unless otherwise stated.
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.
§ 5 Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to the delivery address you provide during the ordering process. The estimated delivery time is communicated to you on the product page and during the ordering process.
Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will inform you without delay. In case of delivery delays exceeding two weeks, you have the right to withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded to you promptly in such cases.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details can be found in our Cancellation Policy.
§ 7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If a product has a defect upon delivery, you are entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery). If subsequent performance fails, you may, at your choice, reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
The warranty period is two years from receipt of the goods. For consumers, the reversal of the burden of proof in favour of the buyer applies within the first twelve months after delivery.
§ 8 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited in amount to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
§ 9 Digital Services
If you book a service that includes a digital service (e.g. the notok.dog online service), the following provisions apply:
- Access to the digital service is activated upon receipt of payment.
- The term of the digital service depends on the option booked (see product description).
- We strive to maintain high availability of the service but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
- The QR sticker as a physical product remains your property even without an active digital service.
§ 10 Data Protection
Information on the processing of your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
§ 11 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's habitual residence is not withdrawn.
Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
