What is NOTOK.DOG — and what isn't it? +
Many ask us: 'Is this like an AirTag?' or 'Is this something like Tractive?' No — and the difference matters.
NOTOK.DOG is not a GPS tracker, not a Bluetooth locator, and not a pet registry like Tasso or Findefix. And it's not a shop for engraved dog tags with your phone number. We don't track anyone and we don't store locations.
NOTOK.DOG is a protected communication channel. Someone sees your dog alone in a car or behind the apartment door, scans the QR code — and can send you a message immediately. No app, without knowing your number.
Your data remains completely protected. Only when you both agree can you voluntarily share contact details — for example, for a callback.
Our main use case: Sticker on the car window or apartment door — so your dog can be helped when you're not there.
